These terms supplement the Terms of Use and apply to recurring Authority Astrology memberships. Free access, one-time reports, report collections, finite forecast packs and non-recurring lifetime access do not start recurring charges.
1. Current membership prices
The current standard Clarity options are $19.97 billed monthly or $149.97 billed in full each year. The current standard Clarity Plus options are $39.97 billed monthly or $299.97 billed in full each year. Any monthly equivalent shown for a yearly plan is for comparison only; the yearly total is charged at checkout and at each annual renewal.
Checkout is the controlling price disclosure and shows the amount due now, renewal amount, billing frequency, currency, applicable tax and any promotion before payment. If checkout clearly displays different terms, those displayed terms apply to that purchase.
2. Membership access and permanent items
Clarity and Clarity Plus provide the features and allowances shown on the Pricing page for the paid membership period. Clarity yearly currently includes one permanent report credit. Clarity Plus yearly includes four permanent report credits, and Clarity Plus monthly earns one permanent report credit after every three fully paid months. Clarity monthly does not include report credits.
Earned report credits and completed reports remain associated with your account after membership ends unless the related payment is refunded, reversed or disputed. Membership-only tools and allowances require active paid access and do not become permanent purchases.
3. Renewal and payment authorisation
A paid membership automatically renews at its monthly or yearly interval until cancelled. By completing membership checkout, you expressly authorise Authority Astrology and its payment providers to charge the selected payment method for the amount due now and each disclosed renewal, including applicable taxes.
4. Payment security
Membership payment details are tokenised through an approved payment provider. Authority Astrology does not receive your complete card number. If a payment method cannot be completed, checkout may offer another secure method only after the first attempt has a definitive unsuccessful result.
5. Plan and billing-period changes
Account and billing shows the effective date, immediate charge or credit, next renewal date and future recurring amount before you confirm a plan change. Eligible upgrades to Clarity Plus may start immediately with a prorated charge or credit. Downgrades and billing-period-only changes ordinarily start at the next renewal. A plan change does not restart the 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
6. Existing and grandfathered access
A grandfathered recurring membership continues under its recorded price, interval and benefits until it is cancelled, expires or is changed with your agreement. Contact support before changing a grandfathered plan so its existing terms are not lost. Non-recurring lifetime access has no membership renewal or recurring charge. Moving between secure payment methods does not itself change a plan.
7. Price changes
If a renewal price changes, we will provide advance notice when required by law and explain when the new price applies. Where required, we will obtain new consent. You may cancel before the changed price takes effect.
8. Failed payments
If a recurring charge fails, we may retry it and ask you to update your payment method. Membership features may be limited or suspended if payment remains overdue. We do not charge a separate failed-payment fee, though your financial institution may apply its own fees.
9. Cancellation
You can cancel online through Account and billing. Cancel before the next billing date to prevent the next renewal. Paid membership access ordinarily continues through the current paid period. Review the Cancellation Policy for the complete process.
10. Refunds and records
The initial payment for a new paid membership is covered by the site-wide 30-day, no-questions-asked satisfaction guarantee. Renewals and plan changes do not restart that guarantee. Cancelling does not automatically refund a completed charge. Duplicate charges, charges after effective cancellation, billing errors, service failures and applicable statutory rights are handled under our Refund Policy. We retain a record of the terms version and consent associated with signup and renewal for billing, audit and dispute purposes.
