This policy explains how to cancel an Authority Astrology recurring membership. One-time reports and forecast packs do not need to be cancelled and remain separate from membership.
1. How to cancel
Sign in, open Account and billing, and choose “Cancel membership.” You can complete cancellation online without calling or speaking to a retention representative. The confirmation shows that cancellation is scheduled, your final access date and the status of the next charge.
2. When cancellation takes effect
Cancel before the next scheduled billing date to prevent the next renewal. Cancellation ordinarily takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and membership access continues until then. Cancellation does not remove one-time purchases from your library.
3. Confirmation and billing problems
Keep the on-screen or email confirmation for your records. If you are charged after an effective cancellation, send the confirmation and charge details to [email protected] so we can investigate and provide any eligible remedy.
4. Resuming membership
A scheduled cancellation may be resumed before the paid period ends. After a subscription expires, starting again uses the current NMI checkout and requires a new payment token.
5. Refunds and mandatory rights
The initial payment for a new membership is covered by our 30-day, no-questions-asked satisfaction guarantee. Later renewals do not restart that guarantee. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund a renewal already made. See our Refund Policy. Nothing in this policy limits cancellation or refund rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
