These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to Authority Astrology's websites, free access, accounts, chart tools, digital products, memberships and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 to create an account and at least 18, or the age of legal majority where you live, to make a purchase. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, access to your email account, and activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
You may add another person's details only when you have an appropriate lawful basis or permission to do so. Do not use the Service to investigate, profile, harass or make consequential decisions about someone without their knowledge.
2. Astrology and AI are reflective content
Astrology is a symbolic interpretive practice and is not scientifically validated as a method for predicting events or determining a person's character. Charts, reports, forecasts and AI responses are provided for personal reflection, education and entertainment. They do not guarantee outcomes and are not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, employment, fertility, relationship, safety or other professional advice.
Do not delay or replace professional care, emergency assistance or evidence-based decision-making because of the Service. You remain responsible for your choices. AI-backed content can be incomplete or incorrect, and you should independently check information that matters.
3. Chart calculations and user information
Calculations depend on the date, time, place, time zone and other information supplied. We aim to calculate chart positions consistently, but cannot guarantee that user-supplied data, third-party location data, historical time-zone data or every calculation will be error-free. If you do not know an exact birth time, features that depend on houses, angles or fast-moving placements may be unavailable or less precise.
4. Free access and one-time products
Authority Astrology offers a free account and free chart features that do not require a recurring payment. Free features, limits and availability may change as the Service develops, but using a free feature does not authorise a charge.
Prices, currency, taxes, product contents and billing type are shown at checkout. Individual reports, report collections, current-month forecasts and finite forecast packs labelled “one-time” do not start a subscription. Access begins after successful payment confirmation. Personalised digital content may begin generating immediately after purchase or redemption. Every one-time purchase is covered by the site-wide 30-day satisfaction guarantee described in the Refund Policy, including after generation has started.
Completed purchases are made available in the customer library or by a private delivery link, as described at checkout. Unused permanent report credits do not expire unless the offer clearly says otherwise. You are responsible for keeping private links and account credentials secure.
5. Memberships and recurring payments
Clarity and Clarity Plus are paid recurring memberships offered with monthly and yearly billing. The selected membership renews at the amount and interval displayed at checkout until cancelled. By starting a membership, you expressly authorise each disclosed recurring charge. Plan features, allowances and included or earned report credits are described on the Pricing page and at checkout.
You can cancel through Account and billing before the next billing date; access ordinarily continues through the paid period. The initial payment for a new membership is covered by the site-wide 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Renewals and plan changes do not restart that guarantee. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not automatically refund a completed charge. See the Recurring Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy.
6. Plan changes, grandfathered access and ownership
Before a supported plan or billing-period change is confirmed, Account and billing displays when it takes effect, any immediate charge or credit, and the future recurring amount. Eligible upgrades may begin immediately; other changes ordinarily begin at renewal. Contact support before changing a grandfathered recurring plan because changing it may end its former price or benefits.
Some existing customers have non-recurring lifetime access. That access has no membership renewal or recurring charge. Earned permanent report credits, completed reports and separately purchased products remain in the customer library after recurring membership ends, unless the related payment is refunded, reversed or disputed. Membership-only tools and usage allowances require active paid or applicable lifetime access.
7. Refunds and billing problems
Our Refund Policy records the site-wide 30-day, no-questions-asked satisfaction guarantee and explains remedies for duplicate charges, non-delivery, inaccessible files, calculation errors caused by us and other eligible issues. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights. If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we may suspend access to the disputed purchase while it is investigated.
8. Acceptable use
You may use the Service only for lawful personal purposes. You may not interfere with security or operation; probe for vulnerabilities; scrape or use automated access except as expressly permitted; copy, resell or commercially exploit the Service or purchased content; reverse engineer software; evade access or usage limits; upload malicious code; infringe rights; impersonate or harm another person; or use outputs to make high-impact decisions about another person.
9. Ownership and permission to process your content
The Service, its software, designs, editorial frameworks, branding and non-user-specific content belong to Authority Astrology or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access purchased content for your own use.
You retain any rights you have in information and text you submit. You give us a limited permission to host, process, reproduce and transmit it only as needed to operate, secure and improve the Service, provide your requested features and comply with law, as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Third-party services
Parts of the Service depend on third parties such as payment, authentication, email, geocoding, analytics, AI and push-notification providers. Their services may be subject to separate terms and may occasionally be unavailable. Links to third-party sites do not mean we endorse or control them.
11. Availability, changes and termination
We may maintain, update, suspend or change features to keep the Service secure and useful. We may restrict or terminate access for a material or repeated breach, unlawful conduct, security risk, non-payment or abuse. Where reasonably possible, we will give notice and an opportunity to export personal information or access unaffected purchased content.
12. Disclaimers and limits
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties that may lawfully be disclaimed, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free output or any particular personal outcome.
To the extent permitted by law, Authority Astrology will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profits, data or opportunities, or decisions made in reliance on astrology or AI content. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer protections.
13. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the Service or law changes. The new terms apply from the posted effective date; we will provide additional notice when a material change requires it. Changes do not retroactively reduce rights in a completed purchase.
